Refund Policy

Booking

No booking is confirmed until payment has been received in full and a confirmation  has been provided. If a booking has not been paid for 21 days prior to the commencement of the trip, the dates will be released.

Cancellation by guest

In the event of guests wishing to cancel a booked service, the following terms shall apply:

prior to 14 days before the commencement of the trip: refund in full

between 8 days and 14 days before the commencement of the trip: 50% refund

between 2 days and 7 days before the commencement of the trip: 25% refund

less than 48 hours before the commencement of the trip: no refund

Cancellation by operator

In the rare event that the operator cannot provide services, full refund will be provided.
